Eligible Treatment & Down Payment Match

All comprehensive orthodontic treatment types are eligible; Phase I/early interceptive treatment is excluded. Down payment match available up to $1,000 and is applied as a credit toward qualifying orthodontic treatment. Promotional value and eligibility may vary based on treatment plan, insurance benefits, patient responsibility, payment arrangement, and applicable restrictions; not all patients will qualify for all promotional benefits or the maximum promotional value.
